These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on the website shangshungpublications.com To conclude a contract to purchase one or more items on our site, you need to complete the online order form. In the order form you will find information on each product you have ordered along with the respective prices (including all taxes or applicable charges), the methods of payment you may use for purchasing each product, the methods of shipment available for the products purchased, and the costs of shipping and delivery. They do not include any other taxes, levies, and duties imposed under applicable law, for instance in connection with imports. It is the Customer's responsibility to clear goods through customs and pay any levies and duties (other than VAT) applicable in the country of import. For the payment of the price of the products and the respective shipping costs, you may use one of the methods indicated in the order form. In the case of payment using a credit card, the financial information (for example the number of the credit/debit card or its expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to PayPal or other banks furnishing services relating to remote electronic payment without third parties having access in any way to such information. The information regarding payment will be used by Shang Shung Publications solely to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue any reimbursement in case you decide to exercise your right to return any products. The price for the purchase of products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be debited to your credit/debit card in the moment of the purchase of the products.
If you are paying by bank transfer, the products you ordered will be shipped as soon as your payment is credited to our bank account.

In the case of disputes between Shang Shung Publications and any end-user arising from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the court of competent jurisdiction is that of Grosseto, Italy.
