Please also note that products must be returned in their original packaging (within 14 days), undamaged and in good condition.

Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content, cannot be returned or refunded once access or download has begun, where permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please ensure your return is adequately packaged, as we do not refund products damaged during transit.
